All memberships include free shipping. Essential members receive standard shipping (5-7 days), Connoisseur members get expedited (2-3 days), and Sommelier members enjoy complimentary overnight delivery.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Absolutely. You can pause your membership for up to 3 months or cancel anytime. We believe in water, not contracts.
How are waters selected for each tier?
Essential members receive our signature Alpine Spring. Connoisseur members enjoy a rotating selection curated by our water sommeliers. Sommelier members receive rare, limited-production waters from around the world.
What if I don't like a water?
We stand behind every bottle. If you're not satisfied, we'll replace it with a different selection at no charge.
